The true character of any travel company is judged when the traveler lands up in a discomfort. He is far away , depressed as the mood of a holiday and fun turns upside down. We all have had our days. A situation came up with me ; I was traveling with my better half to Runn of Kutch ; all packed up ; in full holiday mood ; looking forward to a week in bliss ! The situation was with the non-cooperative driver of our rented car. I must congratulate Mr. Shailesh for his immediate gathering of the situation, extremely prompt action - prompt to the extent that before we could exchange messages the driver was replaced. I have traveled quite a bit in my life and have had situations come up but such a solution has never been prompted ! The voice on the telephone was very reassuring, the messages replied to immediately, care extended everyday... what more can one ask for ! The travel to Runn of Kutch , Mandwi , Dhordo Tent City, Narayan Sarovar , Mata No Math , Bhuj (don’t take this place lightly ! It offers a lot to the explorer ) & above all Dholavira : it’s mesmerizing to witness the 5000 year old civilization :- surely they were far more civilized than us ! Madhuban resort Anand - absolutely fantastic place to relax & savor the tour moments ! We missed the Statue of Unity as our itinerary due to VIP movement causing closure of the place. But no issues ... that’s due for another travel with Hideaways team ! I thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart for arranging the travel and taking care of us every moment. The itinerary, travel, stay & comprehensive experience right from the first call to Mr. Shailesh ji has been a very pleasant and rewarding journey. Our second outing with HideAways, this time to Bhutan, the first being to Uttarakhand last October. Again a superbly arranged tour by HideAways. Taking us from Bagdogra Airport on 7/3/2018 to dropping us back there on 16/3/2018 and all arrangements in between. The ride from Bagdogra to Phuentsholing was by Toyota Innova. From there we were taken on a Toyota Hiace, the most comfortable vehicle which remained with us for the entire tour. The ride back from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra was again by Toyota Innova. A guide was engaged with us right from Phuentsholing for the duration. All permission / immigration etc were looked after by him. And a super buy he is ! Pretty cute and knowledgeable to describe each place. All the hotels were beautiful and enjoyable. We really had a dream holiday. Our experience from these two tours is that if one engages HideAways, then he can just enjoy the tour, no headache whatsoever. I feel getting HideAways as your tour arranger is pretty addictive. Once you engage them, you just can’t think of going on a tour without HideAways.

When I decided that I must go to India for the first time last year, I didn’t even know where to begin planning. I was traveling with a female friend, and we had a general idea of the types of things we wanted to see, but Shailesh took our ideas and turned them from a pumpkin into a golden carriage. The hotel stay he arranged for us at the Taj Lake Palace was the best hotel experience I have ever had – literally a palace, with customer service fit for royalty. With Shailesh’s / HideAways guidance, we saw five cities and the Taj Mahal in 11 days, with great drivers each step of the way, and even our plane and train rides were arranged throughout India. I have to say I have never received such an extraordinary level of customer service. We had the pleasure of actually getting to meet Shailesh in person towards the end of our trip and it was like meeting a family friend at that point.
